The integration strategy centered on connecting three dedicated domains — for Jordan, Palestine, and international delivery — each operating with its own independent database to ensure operational accuracy and scalability. In addition, advanced smart location detection was implemented to automatically identify users’ locations and seamlessly direct them to the appropriate market and storefront, creating an intuitive shopping experience.
The platform supports secure online payments, including Visa, Apple Pay, and digital wallets, alongside a unified loyalty program that synchronizes rewards across online and in-store purchases through full point-of-sale integration. EvoKey also implemented comprehensive ERP integration across all markets, enabling real-time inventory management and accurate product data across the three independent systems. Built entirely from scratch with a custom frontend and backend architecture, Izhiman’s new digital platforms are secure, scalable, and designed to support the brand’s growth across multiple markets.
