Evokey Joins Intaj Association and JEDCO to Discuss SME Support Programs

Evokey has recently been invited to join the Intaj Association at a working breakfast at the Bristol Amman Hotel to discuss the institution’s programs for supporting medium and small businesses.

Who are they?

The Intaj Association is a non-profit organization in Jordan that represents the country’s information and communication technology (ICT) sector. It was founded in 2000.

What's their goal?

Their goal is to promote the growth and expansion of Jordan’s ICT industry, and it has since grown to become one of the region’s major associations of its kind.

Members of Intaj include a wide variety of ICT firms, from startups and SMEs to global organizations. The group is committed to encouraging creativity, entrepreneurship, and long-term growth in the industry, and it has played an important role in presenting Jordan as a prominent Middle Eastern destination for ICT investment and development.

What did the event include?

The event included a discussion session with the Executive Director of JEDCO, Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Kayed, about the institution’s programs for supporting medium and small enterprises. Additionally, there was a detailed explanation about the market study unit from Market Intelligence, which was recently launched by the Association with the support of the German Development Agency ‘GIZ.’

Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Kayed highlighted JEDCO’s programs and services for assisting medium and small businesses, including funding and mentoring opportunities. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and gain a deeper knowledge of how JEDCO’s services may assist them.
